主要用于铝合金幕墙料．窗料的切割下料，亦可用于塑料型材的切割下料，使用硬质合金锯片，外径可达Ø500，线速度高，加工精度高。机床工作时，两锯头锯片可同时进行切割,亦可单独切割。锯头可摆成90°和45°的需要角度，锯片由下向上，锯切型材更安全可靠，而且锯切高度和锯切宽度都很大。本机床可带数显装置和数控系统，因而更适合铝门窗、铝幕墙料的切割。
Mainly used for cutting and laying off aluminum alloy curtain wall materials and window profile,and also used for cutting and laying off plastic profile. It utilizes hard alloy saw blade for diameter as big as Ø500 as well as high linear speed and high processing precision,When the two sawing units can cut profiles simultaneously or separately; the saw blade can swing to required angle between 90°and 45°.
The saw blade cut the profile from bottom to top safely and reliably, and the cutting height and width is enough.
