X(B)MAY(J)□/□型系列压滤机是一种间歇操作的过滤机械。该压滤机结构简单，使用方便，运行可靠。它广泛用于石油、化工、印染、冶金、食品、医药、矿山、环保等行业悬浮液的过滤分离。

As a filtering machine with interval operation, X(B)MAY(J)□/□-type filter press features simple structure, convenient utilization and reliable operation. It is widely used for filtering and separating suspension in industries such as petroleum, chemical, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, food, medical, mine and environment protection.

二、工作原理 

1. 手动型工作原理：

1. Manual type working principle： 

手动搬动丝杠手轮，使头板前进，待滤板初步压紧后改为液压顶紧。用泵将带过滤的悬浮液输送到已压紧的各个滤室中，悬浮液中的液体透过滤布，通过各滤板上的滤孔排至机外，悬浮液中固体颗粒则积聚于滤室中，并逐渐形成滤饼，滤饼充满滤室即完成一个过滤循环，过滤完成后则松开滤板，拉板卸料。

Manually move hand wheel of threaded rod to make head board forward. After primary compressing of the filtering board, hydraulic should be adopted for tightening. Use a pump to transfer suspensoid with filter to compressed filter chambers. Liquid in suspensoid passes through the filtration cloth before being drained out via filtration pore on each filtration board. Solid particle in suspensoid accumulates into filtration chamber, gradually forming filter cake. When the filtration chamber is filled with filter cakes, a filtration cycle is completed. After completing filtration, release the filtration board and unload the material.

启动液压站油泵电机，油泵工作，液压油推动活塞杆前进，使头板推进压紧滤板，以额定压力锁紧滤板。供料泵工作，将待滤悬浮液送至各滤室过滤，滤液透过滤布经滤板上的滤液出口排至机外,悬浮液中固体颗粒则积聚于滤室中逐渐形成滤饼，直至充满。

When starting an oil pump motor of a hydraulic station, the oil pump starts working. Hydraulic oil pushes the piston rod forward, making the head board pressing the filtration board to lock it with rated pressure. Feeding pump starts working, delivering suspensoid to be filtered to each filtration chamber. Filtration liquid is drained out of the equipment via the filtration cloth and filtration liquid port. Solid particles in the suspensoid accumulate to the filtration chamber, gradually forming filter cakes till the chamber is filled with filter cakes. 

完成过滤程序后，通过液压换向阀使油缸活塞杆返程,滤板拉开卸料，清除滤饼，完成一个循环过程。

After completing filtration, use a hydraulic reversing valve to return the piston rod of oil cylinder, pulling the filtration board for unload, cleaning filter cakes and complete one cycle. 

3. J型工作原理：

3. J-type working principle：

启动电机，通过减速机带动丝杆转动推动头板移动，压紧滤板，然后用锁紧螺母锁紧。用泵将带过滤的悬浮液输送至已压紧的各个滤室中，悬浮液中的液体透过滤布，通过各滤板上的滤液孔排至机外，悬浮液中的固体颗粒积聚于滤室中，逐渐形成滤饼，滤饼充满滤室，即完成一个过滤循环。如使用双隔膜滤板，可在进料结束后，向橡胶模内通入压缩空气，使隔膜鼓胀，压榨滤饼，使滤 饼内水分进一步溢出。

Starting the motor, the reducer drives the threaded rod to rotate and pushes the head board to press the filtration board. Then use lock nuts to fasten it. Use a pump to transfer suspensoid with filter to compressed filter chambers. Liquid in suspensoid passes through the filtration cloth before being drained out via filtration pore on each filtration board. Solid particle in suspensoid accumulates into filtration chamber, gradually forming filter cake. When the filtration chamber is filled with filter cakes, a filtration cycle is completed. When using dual-membrane filtration board, inject compressed air into rubber mould after completion of feeding. In this case, the membrane expands to press filter cakes, making the moisture in them overfills further. 

4. PLC全自动压滤机工作原理：

4. Working principle of PLC fully automatic pressure filter：

将电控柜上的“自动/手动”旋钮置于“自动”位置，这时，拉板小车与头板复位；然后按"自动启动”，此时头板开始压紧，并自 动保压。此时可以启动泥泵往压滤机中打料，直到打满滤室。如采用定量泵，在过滤后期要注意开启回流阀，以降低进料压力以确保泥泵不致损坏并保证过滤正常时行。

Switch the “automatic/manual” knob on electrical control panel to “automatic”. In this case, board pulling car and head board reset. Then press “automatic startup”. In this case, head board starts pressing and maintain pressure automatically. At this moment, it is able to start sludge pump to feed the pressure filter till the chamber is full. If constant rate pump is adopted, attention should be paid to open the return valve at the later stage to decrease feeding pressure, prevent sludge pump from being damaged and ensure the normal operation of the filtration.

需要拉板卸料时，按“头板松开”，这时头板开始松开；松开到位后，拉板自动开始。拉板结束后，头板自动压紧，可以进入下一个工作循环。

When a pulling board is needed for unloading, the “release head board” should be pressed to loosen the head board. When releasing is in position, the pulling board starts automatically. When pulling board is completed, the head board presses automatically and it is able to enter the next work cycle. 

在卸料过程中，如遇滤板卸料困难或有其他情况需要临时停止拉板动作时，可按配电柜上的"暂停”按钮，或使用机架上的暂停操纵杆，使拉板动作暂停；再按一次，拉板动作将继续进行。在任何情况下，需要设备立即停止工作时，按配电柜上的急停按钮。

During unloading, if it is hard for the filtration board to unload or there is other situation requiring stopping the pulling board temporarily, press the “stop” button on the electrical panel or use the suspension operation rod on the frame to stop it temporarily. When pressing it again, the pulling board activity resumes. Under any circumstance, if the equipment is required to stop working immediately, the emergency stop button on the electrical button should be pressed. 

有一种情况应当特别注意，就是设备运行过程中停电。此时务必将电器柜上的按钮置于“手动”位置，直到过滤完毕，进料泵关闭，准备卸料时，方可设为自动状态,并正常操作。

Special attention should be paid to the following case, i.e. power failure during equipment operation. In this case, please be sure that the button on the electrical panel should be switched to “manual” till the filtration completes and feeding pump is closed. During unloading preparation, it is able to be switched to automatic status and be operated normally.
